2010 PRENATAL CLASS DATES

COMBINED WEEKEND/WEEKNIGHT CLASS

This course includes two weeknight classes from 6:30-9:30pm and one Saturday class from 9:00am-4:00pm.  The class is $150.00 per couple plus HST.

2011 PRENATAL CLASS DATES

WEEKEND CLASS

This course is a Saturday and Sunday class from 9:00am to 4:00pm each day.  The class is $150.00 per couple plus HST.

  • There are no weekend classes scheduled at this time in Grimsby.

 HOW TO REGISTER FOR A CLASS IN GRIMSBY

Option 1:    Please submit the online registration form to request a class.

Option 2:   Phone Childbirth Steps at 905-945-3970.  Please include in your request:

  • your name(s)
  • expected due date
  • place of delivery
  • name of doctor or midwife delivering the baby
  • date of class you wish to register for
  • contact information (phone or e-mail)

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Class fee:  $169.50 per family ($150.00 + HST)
Please note: All prices are subject to change.

Option 1. Visa and MasterCard payments are accepted by telephone.

Option 2. Cheque or money order payable to "CHILDBIRTH STEPS PRENATAL EDUCATION" in the amount of $169.50. Mail your payment to:

WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS

  • Pillow and blanket
  • Yoga mat (if you have one)
  • Large exercise ball (if you have one)
  • Doll or stuffed animal (second class only)
  • Baby blanket (second class)
  • Snacks, drinks, lunch (the hospital is limited; you will have the opportunity to go out for lunch if desired)
  • Wear comfortable clothing
  • Please note:  there is an additional parking fee at the hospital of $5.00 (price subject to change)

 

Cancellation Policy

  • If for some reason the class is cancelled by Childbirth Steps Prenatal Education, you may transfer your paid fee toward another class OR receive a full refund.
  • If you chose to withdraw from the class before it begins, a 2- week notice prior to the start of the class is required in order to receive a full refund. If a 2-week notice is not given, a $25 non-refundable administration fee will be applied
  • There is NO refund if you begin the class but do not complete the entire class series due to having your baby earlier than expected or other emergent circumstance
  • If you miss a single class, you have the option of rescheduling the class if another scheduled class is offered that meets your needs.
