Weekend Courses: Weekend classes are scheduled from 9:00am to 4:00pm and are $150.00 per couple plus HST
Combined Weeknight/Weekend Courses: The combined class includes to weeknight classes from 6:30pm to 9:30om and one Saturday class from 9:00am to 4:00pm. The class is $150.00 per couple plus HST.

- Please Note: each participant (expectant women and her partner) must register separately
- Mohawk College will mail your confirmation and your receipt
- Mohawk College will mail or call you the week prior to your class to confirm classroom location and what to bring (see below)
- Signs will be posted in the College foyer with the room number. (Typically Room 367 or 304)
- Classes are held at the McMaster Univeristy site in West Hamilton NOT at Mohawk College Fennel Campus
- There is an additional charge for parking on site. Parking is located behind the building in parking lot #1

What to bring to class
- Pillow and blanket
- Large exercise ball (if you have one)
- Exercise or yoga mat (if you have one)
- Doll or stuffed animal AND a baby blanket (second class of weekend course and last class of the weeknight program)
- Snacks, drinks, lunch. Please note the snack bar is NOT open on Sunday's.
- Wear comfortable clothing. Skirts not reccommended due to the comfort measures portion of the class and mat work involved.
